She guides them to correctly prep the property then determines their best marketing plan. Once the plan is established, she gets the ball rolling and aggressively markets the property accordingly.
When working for buyers, Lynne focuses on understanding their vision of a dream home. She then locates properties that fit that framework and makes that dream come true.
Lynne strongly believes listing a home for sale is more than selling a building, it's parting with a piece of your life's history ... and purchasing a home is creating a new life and lifestyle.
Lynne also loves working with Real Estate investors. Whether it's for a "buy hold" or a "fix flip" she focuses on seeking out properties and working closely with the client to ensure their financial goals are achieved. Guiding the investor and their contractor on floor plans and finishes is her favorite element of the strategy. She has a natural flair for design and architecture, stays on top of the current market trends and always happy to share her expertise and insight.
In her spare time you can find her on the tennis court, rehabbing her Old Town Tomball 1930's bungalow or hanging out with her two rescue pups. Lynne is the mother of two grown boys and has lived in the NW Houston area for approximately 30 years.
